I work at an international environmental NGO, where I use my data analysis and GIS skills to mainly support advocacy topics such as anti-climate change, clean air, plastic reduction, and ocean biodiversity protection. On a journey to understand how data can be used as a tool to shape advocacy strategies and support policy development. Professionally, I'm skilled in data science, GIS, dashboard development, and interactive web development. I'm always looking for creative ways to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
Beyond research, I've been an environmental activist since 2012, participating in non-violent direct actions and leading volunteer boat teams. As a Red Cross certified lifeguard / first-aid instructor, I dedicate over 80 hours each year to promoting water safety and emergency response skills. I love being out in nature, especially around water. You might find me swimming at the beach, boating on a river, or volunteering as a lifeguard in mountain streams. I'm also a flower lover who take care of the garden every day, patiently waiting for that fleeting moment when the blossoms finally bloom. And when I'm not outdoors, you'll often find me enjoying hands-on crafts like crochet.
For me, activism, science, and creativity are all connected—I care about protecting people and the planet, while also finding joy in building, teaching, and creating along the way. 🌿🚤🌸
